Dear Stephen,
Thank you so much for fixing the clasp on my watch.  I had a heck of a time
finding someone to fix a bracelet watch.  I'm so glad I looked on the internet
for help and found you.  I send my watch on a friday and recieved it back by the
next wednesday.  I was so happy to get it back so fast and in such beautiful
condition.
