A leap of faith justified.
I have a 1940’s wind up watch. It is hard to find
people who are qualified to work on these old watches.
The person who sold me the watch would not even touch
it when it stopped running and they repair watches,
nor would they recommend anyone. This is what sent me
to the web in the first place. I found Quality Watch
Repair and am so thankful I did. I e-mailed Steven to
see if he was willing to look at my watch, he was. I
followed his shipping instructions and he kept me
notified via e-mail at every step of the procedure. I
found him to be professional, courteous, knowledgeable
and fair priced. I have had my watch back for several
days and it is working better than it ever has. He
guarantees his work for a year. Try and get that
guarantee from anyone now a days. I am glad he is out
there and worry when the time comes that no one is
able to fix these old treasures of a bygone era. I
cannot praise this man and his work enough. I
encourage all who are considering QWR to go ahead and
take the leap of faith you will not be disappointed.
