Well, my wife is thrilled and I'm happy. Her watched arrived yesterday and
she can "watch" the time again.

Thanks very much for your rapid service and excellent work. I really
appreciated the emails to keep me posted on the status of the watch.

Hope we don't need any more watch repairs, but I will certainly hang on to
your address and phone number . . . just in case.
