Several months ago I was in the market for professional watch
repair. I visited many internet sites trying to determine who might actually be
an expert watchmaker. When I called ‘Quality Watch Repair’ I was greeted by
Mr. Stephen Thomas in a very professional manner! As we discussed my individual
requirements for the repair and scheduling I became amazed at the friendly
attitude and willingness to assist me in anyway possible. I truly felt like the
customer was number one to this business!
First I sent a ‘Movado Esperanza’ watch for
repair; it was repaired at a fair price and sent back to me very quickly! I was
so impressed that I then sent a ‘Bulova Vintage’ watch, which I valued very
much. I have now entrusted and had repairs completed on two watches by ‘Quality
Watch Repair’. This company is amazing, answering every email and phone call
immediately while addressing all of my concerns. The quality of workmanship (Old
School) was truly professional…completing every detail of the repair in
everyway, simply flawless! Thus I have developed a great deal of confidence in
dealing with this company, it has been very pleasurable.
Again, I remain particularly impressed by the professionalism and
dedication that this business has exhibited. I would highly recommend ‘Quality
Watch Repair’ to anyone!

Mr. Thomas,
I received my Bulova watch today and I'm so pleased that you we're able to repair it. The price was right and I really thought I'd never be able to wear it again. I'm a travel agent and I escort groups on trips so I keep one watch on my time and the other one on which ever time zone I'm in at the time.
I will be sending you the watch again whenever it needs new batteries because thats how it got ruined here in the first place.
