I work out of my house and do not have a retail shop. That means you will have
to mail your watches to me for repair, yes even if you are local. For a form to

Cartier as a company is refusing to sell the necessary parts that one needs,
to properly repair their watches to independent watch repairers. As an independent
watch repairer this makes it very difficult for me to properly repair your
Cartier watch. If your Cartier watch is older than ten years there will be a lot of
internal parts available from part suppliers and I will probably be able to make
the necessary repairs.
Most external parts and some internal parts for Cartier's newer watches such as bezels, crowns, and
crystals I cannot acquire, as these are specialized parts and only available
from Cartier. I just recommend
you e-mail or phone first before you send your Cartier watch to me for
repair.
