give them your web address and tell them to be sure and read the testimonials.
When
we were searching for someone to repair my wife’s watch, I read nothing but
horror stories about the “Gucci” factory in Secaucus, NJ. They would lose
people’s watches and seem to not care that this was someone’s prized
possession or keepsake. Your dedication and understanding of these prized
possessions and keepsakes is admirable and so refreshing in this day and age.

To whom it may concern. Recently I needed to have a repair on my Gucci
watch. I found the Quality Watch Repair web site and sent a message
asking
if they repaired Gucci watches. Mr. Thomas promptly responded and I
sent my
watch off. My wife, who had given me the watch as a present, was
concerned
to be sending it off some ware to someone I didn't even know (okay, that's
fair warning I'd better not loose this watch). Mr. Thomas reviewed the
watch
and provided a complete estimate for the repair that was extremely
reasonable. Very shortly I received my watch back from Mr. Thomas.
Frankly
it was better than new. Mr. Thomas is reasonable in his rates, fast in
his
work, and as honest a man as I've ever met. Along with that you get the real
impression, although it you know it can't be true, that your watch is the
only watch he is working on. I wish all my business experiences could
be
like this, very refreshing. Since it would be all but impossible for
any
other watch repair experience to work out better than this one I will only
send my watches to Quality Watch Repair. I mean why look for trouble?
