Please, before sending your watch in for repairs, E-mail or call me with details as to the type of repairs your watch might need. I then do not end up with a lot of  un-repairable watches in my safe, and you do not waste your time or money either.

     I work out of my house and do not have a retail shop. That means you will have to mail your watches to me for repair, yes even if you are local. For a form to send with your watches, Please click on 'Sending Your Watch' at the top of the page. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

If your Gucci watch is less than ten years old I can probably acquire almost any genuine part, from crystals to internal parts. If you just need links, the large Gucci 'G' case part, or a watch band for your Gucci watch, you should contact Gucci. They will need the numbers from the back of your watch and you will need to describe the band to them, as a lot of Gucci numbers are used for more than one style. You may contact Gucci's parts department at 1-866-692-8244 . If Gucci has told you that your watch band or links are not available, I cannot help you either. 

Watch bands for 3300, 1100L 11/12, and 6000M Have been discontinued.
