Just wanted to thank you for your excellent service on repairing my watch.  I received it a few days ago and am glad to have it back.  In the past, Gucci has always told me that I had to have it serviced through their repair service.  Last time I had a battery replaced, the process took 8 weeks.  I am so glad to have found your repair business via the internet.  You will now be my repair service of choice for my watch, which is dear to me since my husband bought it for me on our honeymoon (11 years ago - my how time flies!).
