Dear Stephen,
I received my watch a few days ago. I've been wearing the watch for several days, and it looks and works great. Thank you for the great work.

Dear Mr. Thomas,
I am exceedingly pleased with the service you performed on my vintage Hamilton Pocket Watch. It is a real beauty. The polished case came out even better than I had expected. I became interested in the history of the Hamilton Watch Company and did a little research. I noted that the first Hamilton watch was designed by H. C. Cain at the newly formed Hamilton plant in Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 1892. I do not know if Mr. Cain had anything to do with my Hamilton pocket watch but I am sure that if he did he would be very proud of it. I like it so much I think I might see if I can find a tailor that will put a watch pocket in my trousers.
Thanks for a splendid job. I would gladly recommend your services to anyone interested in having their valuable vintage watches cleaned and repaired.
Sincerely yours,

Hi Stephen! I received my grandfathers watch today and it is absolutely beautiful!! I cannot believe that it's the same watch! This, as you know, is a family heirloom and you have done a fantastic job restoring the watch to its original condition. The polishing is perfect and it looks just as it did new years ago. I am extremely pleased with your work, craftsmanship, and quality that you put into restoring this watch. I would like some info on the origin of the watch.... Is it water resistant and when is the approximate date of manufacture? Also, what can I expect as far as accuracy, and how often should I wind it to it's full capacity?
Again.....Thank you so very, very, very, much for restoring this watch. It was my mothers-fathers watch and I cannot wait to for her to see it. She resides in a nursing home and has been in failing health. This will defiantly lift her spirits and bring her some fond memories.

Steve,
Thank you very much for saving my Hamilton watch. When I sent it to you it looked like it went through the wash, because it did go through the wash. The arms were off and it looked hopeless. But I just received the watch in mail and it looks brand new. Thank you for your great work.

Dear Stephen,
I received my father's Hamilton Thin-o-matic watch in fine condition. Thank you very much for the prompt and high quality service. He is very pleased with the results and I feel fortunate to have found such an expert and honest repair person.
Best Regards,
Jim

Stephen,
My Hamilton Thin-O-Matic arrived last night in the mail. Thank you for the
outstanding job you did on the mechanical repair and on the cosmetics. The
watch looks almost new and is keeping accurate time despite its 40 years. I
was told by a local jeweler that the watch could not be fixed. I might just
have to show him that he was dead wrong. I have a small collection of
vintage watches and you will get all my business from now on. Thanks again
for the wonderful work.
Best Wishes

Stephen,
I just wanted to let you know that I received my watch yesterday and it is working great. Thanks so much. You saved me a ton of money and I feel better about your repair than I would have if it was done by Hamilton.

Stephen,
I received my Hamilton Pocket Watch this week and wanted to tell you how
pleased I am with the great repair and cleaning work you did. The watch,
which is the only possession I have to remember my grandfather, had not
been in working for 35 years but I kept it thinking one day I may find
someone that could repair it. After all those years, you were that person
and I thank you! The repair and cleaning job you did was excellent and the
entire transaction was very enjoyable and well explained. Happy New Year!

Stephen,
Thank you! You do beautiful work; I think both the Seiko and the
Hamilton look and run **like new**. Both repairs are perfect as far
as I can see. Thanks also for completing them so quickly.
I've checked the Seiko a couple of times against WWV and the U.S.
Naval Observatory, and it seems to lose about 6 seconds a day. For
a 35-year-old mechanical watch, that's terrific!
I have another one of my Dad's old watches, a Gruen of indeterminate
age, I'd like you to take a look at. I'll send it to you in 3 months
or so.
Thanks again for your fine (and prompt!) work!

Dear Stephen
We received the watch today in the mail and it was in very good shape. I
wound it up and it works real nice and it still fits my wrist just like it
did forty years ago. Thank You very much for fixing the watch and sending it
back in perfect condition. Mary Marker
