Often, watches will arrive in my shop with no paperwork enclosed, making it extremely difficult to trace the owner of the watch and determine what problems the watch has been having. Hi, and welcome to qualitywatchrepair.com's web site. My name is Steve Thomas, I do quality watch repair on any brand of watch. I have been making a living doing watch and jewelry repair for over twenty five years. During this time I have done quality watch repair on just about every kind of watch made, from old inexpensive dollar pocket watches to new diamond encrusted Rolexes. Because I also repair jewelry, I have made many case parts and have done extensive restoration on worn-out watch cases. Please do not E-Mail me asking me to sell parts as I do not sell parts. I only repair watches and jewelry and have a hard enough time finding parts for my own use. If you have jewelry that you wish repaired please ask me about it before mailing. I deal with reputable parts suppliers and am able to acquire parts to repair almost any watch. In most cases it does not matter what the brand name of your watch is, as most watches can be repaired using standard parts. Since I have been repairing such a wide variety of watches over the years, I have acquired the skill to do repairs on watches in just about any kind of condition. I am capable of most levels of watch repair from just getting your watch running, to replacing all the worn out parts, to making some parts if they are not available. In other words repair of your watch is dependent on how much you are willing to spend. When I receive your watch for repair which you have (PLEASE) wrapped in lots of padding, I partially disassemble it and E-Mail you an estimate as to cost of parts and repair. Upon sending me your watch, I require twenty dollars in advance. This covers diagnosis, and $500.00 insured return shipping. Because so many things can go wrong with a watch, I have provided "estimate the repair yourself" pages, so you will have some kind of idea as to what the repair will cost. Remember the page is only a guide. The repair may be as easy as removing a screw, and may be covered in the twenty dollar ($20.00) minimum. I do not do any repair work, until you have given me authorization. After the repair is done I expect payment in full on the agreed amount. I then will send your watch back. I have a one year no quibble warrantee
