Dear Doug,

Repairs to your Movado watch have been completed and it is being posted 
out to you tomorrow afternoon by registered insured mail. Please allow a 
week for delivery. The dial could not be refinished with the original 
mirror finish, so I have instead cleaned the dial and the hands, and it 
looks like new. The total cost of repairs therefore came in at the lower 
price of $150.00 (including return shipping) rather than $190.00.
