I picked Stephen Thomas at random from a long list of internet Omega repair
specialists in 2007 just because he had an honest sounding name.
Previous repairs on my Omega Speedmaster were very expensive. One Rolex
specialist that said he could repair my watch actually sent it off to
an Omega repair company and I found out later that he charged me double what
it cost him.
So I was pleasantly surprised when Stephen's quote for a waterlogged
overhaul was several hundred dollars less than quotes I had been given from
other watch repair services.
Since the 2007 overhaul, Stephen has repaired my watch for leakage and
other minor problems several times at no cost, even paying the
return postage and insurance. He's done this because I sent the watch back
for a minor problem just days short of the original warranty
period.
This is service I've never experienced from any other watch repair service,
or any service for that matter. I highly recommend Stephen Thomas' Quality
Watch Repair for anyone wanting good quality workmanship, but also at
reasonable costs and unmatched honesty.

As we live on an island, it can take a day for a parcel just to leave

I sent you a very used and abused Omega Seamaster chrono, what I got back was my brand new looking watch. Whatever you did to get the deep scratches out of it is amazing.
