The "turn around" was very quick, considering you had to order parts. (Less than three weeks including postal service at each end, for those considering using Stephen's service.) I am very pleased with your quality and obvious commitment to customer service ... and the price was right! I am really glad I happened upon your website ... your no-quibble warranty and Repair Philosophy were the deciding factors that got me to make the call. The only suggestion I would make for your website is to enlarge the image of your AWI certificate so it is easily readable ... it is interesting but just too small. Good work! I will include the old capacitor in the parcel with your watch,
which I am now boxing up to post back to you today by registered
insured mail. Seiko now designs their capacitors to last at least
eight years, and it is one of these new capacitors which has been
installed in your watch. Please allow several days for delivery.
