I received my watch yesterday and it is running great. Your emails and
return time was fantastic. Plus the price was
so much better than my local watch dealer. Yours - $98.00 (done and
returned in a week), theirs $250.00 plus they said it would
take them about two months to get in the parts, had to send back to Japan to
get them. I knew this was bull when they told me that.
Glad I checked out the internet and found you. You gave me a feeling that I
wasn't going to get taken by someone unknown from the internet.
Always a tense moment. You sent me my watch and documentation as to the
work and the receipt from my credit card for the work.
All very professional and quick. I would recommend you and your company to
everyone that is in need of professional watch repair.
