Subject: Received Watch Date: Tue, 1 Feb 2000 13:12:33 -0800 To: <Stephen@qualitywatchrepair.com> Dear Steve, Received my watch yesterday afternoon and all seems to be well. I am very pleased with having my watch back and repaired. This watch has been with me soon time now, starting off with my graduation gift from parents in '65 and going through the Vietnam war along with many other experiences. For your good work and the extra repairs work along with changing the crystal that gives it a clean look which I appreciate very much, I am sending my Master Card # exps. 5/00 for an additional amount of $ 15.00 on the $ 170.00 to cover extra postage and parts if any to come to $ 185.00, with my thanks. I am in hopes the watch will hold up for let's say who knows 5 years and then I was consult with you to see if it will be worth the cost or replacement parts or to go to standard quartz watch works. Sending this with my best regards, John Swisher *********************************************************************** John R. Dear Stephen:
You repaired two watches or me about 5-6 months ago, a Seiko
Kinetic and a Accutron Space-Vue. You did a great job and the watches are running perfectly.
I have another Seiko dress watch that seems to lose 5-7
minutes per day, even after I changed the battery. I am sending it to you with one of your order forms today.
Your business is just like mine...happy customers
return...and return...and return.
I look forward to hearing from you after you have inspected
my watch.
Very Truly Yours,
Andy Antonczyk-Chicago
