Stephen,
I was very satisfied with how you handled my repair.  Your call to explain the
repair was a bit of a surprise, but appreciated.  It cost a little more than
I expected, but no one locally would handle it and I really wanted this watch
fixed.  It's been temperamental in the past as repairs have been tried, but
I'm hoping this replacement takes care of it.  I'll have a check in the mail
for you by Monday.
