Dear Stephen,
I just received my watch in the mail. Thanks so much for fixing it
promptly and returning it back to me so quickly. Your good service is
appreciated and I will certainly pass your name on to a few of my
friends for watch repair. Thanks again and take care.

Hi Steve,

Just wanted to let you know that I received the package back last week and
everything was just fine.

I was a bit concerned to begin with as it took me 3 days to get the new
capacitor charged up. I guess it is a much better one and just took alot
longer. Anyhow, it is keeping perfect time as it always has and I am very
happy.

Please use me as a reference if you wish.

Thanks again,

Lee Pigeon

PS.....I talked to the military postmaster here and if we had sent it
registered mail through the APO mail system, it could have take up to 2
months to arrive back. As it was, it only took about 6 days. I am glad we
went the route we did. You might want to remember that for future military
people overseas.

Not only was I happy with you work, I was happy with the way in which
you kept in contact with me from the moment you received my watch until
it was returned to me.

Thank you so much for your excellent service, I only wish that I had
more watches in need of repair. Your customer service is among the best
that I have received in any recent business dealings. By far!

Dear Stephen,

We have just returned from two weeks in your area. Alaska and Glacier
Bay cruise out of Seattle and visit in Redmond. No one sick on our
ship! Mail was on hold. Picked up the watch yesterday, charged it up
and it retained charge overnight and is working fine. Even looks like
the same watch I sent you ;-) I am very satisfied with your repair,
handling and shipping service.

Thanks and best regards,

Jerry Mickelson

Dear Steve--
I decided it wouldn't hurt to give it some more shaking and that did the trick.
I want to thank you for your prompt replies to my many mails and for getting my watch repaired and back to me so quickly, despite being on opposite sides of the country. I intend to recommend your services to anyone I know in need of watch repair. Thanks again!
Sincerely,
Chuck Kurpis

I've been wearing it now and when I check the charge, it only seems to go to the 3/4 mark for its charge. Is this because I really need to spend some quality time shaking it to get it fully charged, or could it be a different problem?

Hello Mr. Thomas,

Here's a quote from my brother-in-law as he wrote back to me about his satisfaction with your repair of his Bedat watch:
"Excellent, the watch is like new and the clasp is now in it's original state and all, a thousand thanks...."

Best Regards
