Steve,

I received my repaired watch today, and what a great job you have done on it.
I couldn't believe it was the same watch I sent to you for repair. The
cleaning is excellent and it looks like a brand new watch with the new
crystal and hour hand.
Thank you so much for a job well done. I have another watch I would like to
send to you for cleaning and oiling after the holidays. It is in much better
shape then the one I just sent you, and I will write you after the holidays.
It's a pleasure to do business with you. I sent my check for the $ 160.00
balance I owe you today, November 8, 1999.
